Ingredients

  • 1 bowls chopped methi leaves.


  • 1 bowls wheat flour


  • 1/2 bowls besan


  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 2 nos boiled potato


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos grated carrot


  • 1 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 bowls curd

Directions

  • Take big bowl.
  • Put the flour and besan in it
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and hing in it..
  • Mix it.
  • Now add curd in it.
  • Now knead it..
  • Put the dough aside .
  • Till then prepare for the stuffing.
  • Mash the potatoes
  • In the potatoes add chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped green chillli.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, hing and chaat masala
  • Mix them very well.
  • Now make the balls of the dough.
  • Take 1 ball.
  • Make small roti with the help of roller pin.
  • Now take 2tbspn of stuffing and stuff into it.
  • Now slowly slowly makethe roti.
  • Put it on the heated pan.
  • Flip it and spread oil on it.
  • Again flip it.
  • When it turns brown and gets crispy..
  • Let get it down on the plate.
  • Serve hot with white butter, curd and achaar.
  • You have the option whether you want to have parantha or tandoori roti.
  • Kneading the dough with curd gets more soft and fluffy.
